Vertex Street ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information You Provide:

• Account information: name, email address, and password (or OAuth credentials via WorkOS/AuthKit).
• Payment information: processed and stored by our third-party payment processor. We do not store raw card numbers.
• Chat and strategy inputs: messages you send to the AI, including strategy descriptions and parameters.

Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and in-app actions.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser or app type, operating system.
• Conversation history: stored server-side to enable context continuity within the App.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices).
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Messages you send within the App are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Your conversation history is stored on our servers to maintain context across sessions. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Please refer to Anthropic's privacy policy for information on how they handle API data.

We share data only with:

• Service providers: Anthropic (AI), Financial Modeling Prep (market data), WorkOS (authentication), and payment processors — solely to operate the App.
• Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is retained to power the App experience and may be deleted upon account deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Opt out of certain data uses.

The App may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect App functionality.

Vertex Street is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
